Strategic Leadership

The program Strategic Leadership is suitable for strategic leaders in organizations. Through the discussion of various theories and concepts related to the decision-making processes of strategic leaders, the course enables the participants to acquire the skills and capabilities needed to become successful CEOs, top management team members, and board members. The leadership challenges are discussed from the lens of strategic perspectives. The sessions are primarily divided into two parts such as principles, and contexts. In Part I, we discuss various theories and concepts related to strategic leadership. In Part II, various contextual scenarios are discussed in detail. Overall, the course provides a thorough understanding of strategic leadership.
