It is not possible to create excellent organizations without excellent leaders. In an organization, many leaders may be performing very well, but their performance can be improved further if they know their personalities, potentials, and development areas. In fact, continuously excelling the performance is the need of the organizations and demand of time, which can happen maximum through personal improvisation.
