Human Resource Management

About Programme

Empowering managers to navigate labour law reforms with clarity, compliance, and strategic insight.

The labour law regime in India is undergoing drastic changes. The main reason for such change is the implementation of the new Labour Codes. These changes need a better understanding of the labour laws and how their understanding and implementation is relevant more than ever before. Further the emergence of a whole new genre of workforce such as gig, fixed term employments and others, has made the understanding of employer -employee relations more crucial and inevitable. Thus this 4-day training program is targeted towards, and customized for, managers who handle these issues in their respective organizations. The program is designed to equip managers to deal with the immediate changes that are expected from the new financial year onwards due to the implementation of the 4 New Labour Codes .
