This programme provides a comprehensive understanding of the evolving labour law landscape in India, with a focus on the implementation of the new Labour Codes. It equips managers with the knowledge and practical insights required to navigate regulatory changes and manage emerging workforce models such as gig and fixed-term employment. Through structured learning, participants will understand the implications of these reforms on employer–employee relations and organizational practices. The programme enables managers to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and align labour practices with changing legal and business requirements.
