About Programme
Introduced in October 2016, Tanmatra, meaning Potential in Sanskrit, was initiated as a leadership development initiative specifically designed to address the distinctive requirements and obstacles encountered by female leaders within the Indian corporate sector. Functioning as a cross-industry leadership development program, Tanmatra utilizes academic research and practitioner insights to propel the progress of women in the business community.
