The primary objective of this program is to help participants develop functional competence in ESG, necessary for effectively leading and managing the ESG related aspects in their organizations. The program will be suited to those who wish to better understand the evolving ESG landscape in the Indian and global contexts. Examples and case studies would be drawn across sectors, industries, and geographies.

Full time faculty members from XLRI Jamshedpur will be involved in the conduction of this training program. The faculty members come with immense experience in the fields of sustainability and ESG and having handled multiple projects, training programs, and consulting assignments for organizations in the private, government, and development sectors.
