Without a deep understanding of their role and responsibilities in strategy governance, many board members fail to add real value in this area.
IMD’s Strategy Governance for Boards program enables you to play a meaningful advisory role in the governance of your firm’s corporate strategy within the context of an increasingly complex business landscape.
