About the Program:
It is important that leaders understand themselves first before they understand others and their surrounding systems. Leaders in their developmental journey focus on their technical expertise, experiences, and decision-making capabilities; however, their decision-making and leadership styles are intuitively influenced by their values, beliefs, emotions, and assumptions. They develop behavioural patterns that influence their actions and themselves both professionally and personally. We argue that leaders need to understand themselves better to improve their leadership effectiveness. This programme invites participants to understand themselves and become aware of the patterns in how they think, feel and behave.
