Leadership

About Programme

Defining a purpose or a strategic mission is no longer enough to drive meaningful environmental, societal, or economic impact. For C-suite leaders, the real challenge lies in translating purpose into tangible performance and sustained competitive advantage. This requires more than statements or ESG reporting. It calls for leadership that activates purpose across the organization, through business models, governance, and culture, to unlock collective energy, optimize costs, and strengthen stakeholder trust.Designed as a C-suite Executive Short Program, this experience equips senior leaders with a clear and actionable framework to move from strategy to impact. Built on HEC Paris research, the Clarity© model enables leaders to embed purpose at the core of decision-making and drive measurable results.
