Acquisition and mastery of the CLARITY© model • Foundations: purpose, leadership, and performance • Methodology and activation levers • Practical applications and case studies • Preparation for assessment Exam to confirm the acquisition and understanding of the CLARITY© model. If failed, it will have to be retaken at the next intake.

Learning how to teach CLARITY© according to HEC Paris standards: • Teaching posture and Executive Education pedagogy• Transmission, facilitation, and certification• How to sell CLARITY©• Tools, materials, including the book by Rodolphe Durand on CLARITY(c), and framework for use of the model

• Completion of an HEC Paris certification assessment • Upon successful completion: - Award of CLARITY© Certified Trainer status - Official authorization to teach the model to clients - Integration into the HEC Paris CLARITY© Network
