In the Programa de Dirección Estratégica de Proyectos, Programas y Portafolios, you will develop an integrated perspective of general management and strategic project management. You will connect strategy with execution and learn how to turn organizational priorities into projects that drive change, engage teams, and generate competitive advantages.

In the Technological Environment module, you will explore artificial intelligence applied to the day-to-day work of project leaders. You will use AI tools and prompts to analyze information, prepare documentation, produce reports, monitor progress, identify risks, and support decision-making. You will apply these resources with professional judgment, validating the outputs and adapting them to the needs of each project.

In the Programa de Dirección Estratégica de Proyectos, Programas y Portafolios, you will connect strategy with execution, mobilize people, and make decisions based on relevant and timely information. You will develop the capabilities you need to lead projects with clarity, perspective, and control.

The Technological Environment module will enable you to apply artificial intelligence to real projects through tools and prompts for analyzing information, preparing documentation, producing reports, monitoring progress, and identifying risks.

To reinforce the knowledge gained in the program, and in line with our goal of ensuring it has a high-impact, transformational effect on participants, we offer two extracurricular activities that will take place outside of class hours and are included in the registration fee.
