The Programa de Dirección Estratégica de ESG offers a comprehensive and forward-thinking perspective on responsible business practices. It also addresses the legal, social and corporate implications of codes of conduct in organizations. It provides practical tools for embedding corporate responsibility and sustainable initiatives into an organization’s business strategy, using real-world examples of best practices.
The Programa Ejecutivo de Responsabilidad Corporativa has been a flagship program in IE Executive Education’s curriculum since 2011. In 2021, the program adopted its current name: Programa de Dirección Estratégica de ESG.

The Programa de Dirección Estratégica de ESG covers four modules. It uses a range of teaching methodologies to help participants understand and apply the content, management tools and leadership skills shared throughout the course.
The training sessions include an introductory online class, seminars and lectures, group projects and presentations, case studies, multi-stakeholder conferences and a virtual post-program follow-up session.
