Programa de Consejeros

Organizations are tackling increasingly complex challenges, from regulatory changes to fluctuations in the global market. Effective leadership on the board of directors requires strategic vision in addition to knowledge and experience. This program prepares executives to meet these demands and enhance their strategic impact.

This is a high-impact program that combines theoretical content with practical approaches to frameworks used effectively by boards of directors. Through a robust curriculum and a learning methodology based on real-world cases and expert-led discussions, participants acquire the skills and knowledge to manage the complexities of corporate governance. They are also prepared to successfully take on the responsibilities of a board member and guide their companies toward sustainable success.

The Programa de Consejeros is held over five consecutive Fridays in May and June. The sessions are taught by distinguished faculty members from IE Business School, all experts with extensive experience in their fields. It will also feature prominent guest professionals currently serving on boards, who will enrich the program with their unique perspectives.

In keeping with IE Business School’s innovative approach, the program includes analysis of real-world case studies to illustrate and reinforce the content taught.

The program covers the key aspects of the board's operations and consists of five sessions held on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
