Healthcare Management and AI Applications

by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode is a comprehensive programme designed to equip healthcare professionals with the necessary skills to enhance the delivery of healthcare services. This 10-month programme covers various aspects of healthcare management, including healthcare operations, financial and brand management in healthcare, healthcare analytics, strategic leadership and leading digital transformation.

The programme is delivered through a series of modules that include live online sessions, case studies, self-paced learning materials, and interactive discussions. It aims to provide participants with a practical understanding of the healthcare industry, addressing its challenges and opportunities. Additionally, participants will gain insights into using data analytics and AI applications to optimise healthcare delivery and improve patient experiences.
