A structured progression - each module builds on the last, culminating in a live AI Dossier (AI live Project) and the program ends with an AI Leadership Project presentatation at IIM Kozhikode campus.

Build a credible AI business case, design a governance structure, and understand the key regulations you need to be aware of - all without a finance or legal degree.

Design and run a real AI pilot inside your organisation - not a classroom exercise. Learn how to define scope, write effective AI prompts, and manage implementation.

Take your pilot from proof-of-concept to a scaled, organisation-wide initiative - with the metrics, stakeholder communication, and change management skills to make it stick.
Each module ends with AI project that becomes part of AI Dossier
Every module ends with an AI project. By Week 16 you have a strategy document, a business case, and a governance plan- all for your own use case.
