Special fee discounts may be available for bulk corporate nominations under applicable Memorandum of Understanding arrangements.
As a guideline, the following discount structure may be offered for bulk nominations from corporate organisations under an MOU. The discounted amount will be borne by the concerned parties according to the agreed sharing ratio.
Important: Discount eligibility, approval and applicable percentages are subject to XLRI policy and may be revised by the institute from time to time.
Participants will be assessed through a combination of evaluation methods selected by the faculty according to the learning objectives and course content.
The setting of examination papers, conduct of online examinations and evaluation will be managed by the Institute. Faculty members teaching their respective courses will select the evaluation method most appropriate to the subject matter, course structure and intended learning outcomes.
Participants are expected to have access to the following basic technology requirements to ensure a seamless learning experience during LIVE online sessions.
The programme is delivered through LIVE online interactive sessions. Please ensure the following prerequisites are available before the programme begins.
A computer with a functional webcam and microphone.
Reliable high-speed internet connectivity for uninterrupted LIVE sessions.
Latest version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari.
A distraction-free workspace suitable for active participation during online classes.
Recommendation: Participants are advised to test their audio, video and internet connectivity before joining the first LIVE session to ensure a smooth learning experience.
The total programme fee is ₹3,50,000, payable in five convenient instalments. The fee includes books and study material.

In-Campus Immersion Module
Intensive on-campus learning experience at the XLRI Jamshedpur campus
Participants get the opportunity of staying at XLRI, Jamshedpur for 5 days of intensive campus learning. The exact dates and schedule will be announced well in advance to enable participants to arrange leaves from their respective organizations.
After successful completion of the programme, participants are required to register separately to obtain XLRI Alumni status.
Alumni registration, benefits, and usage of the XLRI Alumni network are governed by the rules and regulations of the Alumni Office, XLRI Jamshedpur, as applicable at the time of registration.

After successful completion of this program, students will be conferred with "Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management” directly by XLRI Jamshedpur.
