About Programme

This programme is a practical 6-week online programme that helps HR leaders and people professionals like you build AI strategies and redesign work, talent systems, workforce strategy, governance and human-AI collaboration. Rather than treating AI as a standalone technology initiative, the programme equips you to lead responsible AI adoption, redesign work for human-AI collaboration and build organisational capability for sustained change.

Testimonials

"The question is not, Where can we deploy AI? The better question is, What kind of work system are we designing, and what human values must it protect? Rather than treating AI as a technology initiative, the People Strategy in the Age of AI programme positions it as an opportunity to redesign work, workforce systems and human-AI collaboration for lasting organisational impact."
