Oxford Leading Strategic Projects Programme

Saïd Business School

Major Programme Management

About Programme

The dynamic nature of the modern business environment means traditional management metrics such as time, cost, and scope are no longer sufficient to gauge success. To create long-term sustainable value, businesses need to implement and manage projects that are aligned with organisational strategy.

Unique in its contemporary approach, the programme utilises the latest Oxford thinking around measures for success and performance review whilst also imparting practical principles that participants can immediately apply in their current (and future) workplace.

This programme is delivered in partnership with GetSmarter , a 2U brand. When you enrol, you’ll be directed to their platform, which manages registration and course delivery on our behalf, as an official and trusted Oxford Saïd partner.

New dates to be confirmed soon.

We see that the complexity of the work people are doing is increasing all the time. I'd really encourage people to take on a broader tool set, and look at how they can respond to the big challenges that are faced in delivery in strategic projects.
