The Oxford Leading AI Implementation Programme is for leaders who must translate corporate AI strategy into meaningful, measurable implementation.

AI strategies are being set at the top of organisations, yet many leaders are still left with a critical question: how do we translate this into meaningful action? The Leading AI Implementation Programme focuses on the ‘how’, giving participants the clarity, leadership capability, practical tools and confidence to move from ambition to action. Over four modules, you will learn how to interpret enterprise AI strategies, design a focused execution plan, and lead teams through responsible pilots and sustainable scaling.

Drawing on Oxford research and real-world execution frameworks, the programme emphasises leadership in action. Through hands-on use of AI tools and practical execution frameworks, participants move from strategy to implementation: localising enterprise AI goals, aligning and mobilising stakeholders, leading responsible pilots and scaling adoption sustainably.

Each week contributes to a final AI Implementation Roadmap tailored to your own context, supported by Oxford faculty, tutors and AI-enhanced feedback tools that help you deepen your learning throughout the programme.
