(Hybrid) Module 6: Purposeful Leadership Explore and uncover your leadership identity. Thanks to historical and scientific perspectives, from Plato and Lao Tzu to Machiavelli and neurosciences, identify what will make you a great leader and how this leadership will manifest for you. Learn to lead with greater purpose and presence to better meet strategic objectives and inspire others.
(Online) Module 7: Culture Shaping How do leaders shape a culture? Participants will identify key strategies for shaping an organization’s culture in the face of adversity, change and new opportunities. Examine how company culture is impacted in the face of poor performance or adversity, and identify how to effectively navigate the perils of change by leveraging company culture, not losing it.
(Online) Module 8: Making Great Decisions Learn how to see decision-making from multiple perspectives. Explore the impact of decision-making from small to big on all core dimensions of the business and develop your own leadership toolkit for making great decisions. Then, familiarize yourself with making those tough, real-world business decisions.
(Online) Module 9: Organizational Design How can we organize our teams, roles and responsibilities? Participants will examine how great companies changed their organizational design to achieve better results and identify strategies they can apply back in their business. From acquiring new talent to shifting people and departments, this course examines structural changes leaders need to make future-proof the business.
(Hybrid) Module 10: Mobilizing Teams How can leaders inspire teams to take action and execute a strategy? Participants will identify strategies for motivating, inspiring and charting a clear path. Identify strategies for motivating teams, develop methodical strategies to align your team to your organization’s strategy, and build team momentum and resilience.
