About Programme

About the Program

In today’s competitive and uncertain business environment, organizations across manufacturing and service sectors are under continuous pressure to improve productivity, reduce costs, enhance quality, improve responsiveness, and build resilient operations. Operational excellence is no longer limited to shop-floor efficiency; it has become a strategic capability that enables organizations to deliver superior value to customers while ensuring profitability and sustainability.

The Manufacturing & Operational Excellence Program is designed to help industry professionals understand, analyze, and improve operational systems through structured frameworks, analytical tools, and practical improvement approaches. The programme will cover key concepts related to manufacturing systems, process improvement, lean operations, productivity enhancement, digital and data-driven operations, and performance measurement.

The programme will provide participants with a practical understanding of how operational excellence principles can be applied in both manufacturing and service organizations. Through case discussions, examples, exercises, and interactive sessions, participants will learn how to identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, design improvement initiatives, and develop a roadmap for operational excellence in their respective organizations.

The programme is suitable for executives and managers involved in operations, production, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, industrial engineering, process improvement, project management, and service delivery functions
