About Programme

Karoshi is a Japanese word for death by overwork. The ever-increasing pressure for ‘rise- and-grind’ or ‘Hustle’ has started to have a devastating impact on the physical, emotional and mental health of the employees. ILO says that 51% of Indian employees work for long hours, and according to CII, 62% surveyed employees reported work-related stress and burnout. While companies have been prioritizing the mental health issues and taking appropriate measures, coping strategies at the individual, interpersonal and group levels will remain the main thrust to address the epidemic of stress. Recognizing this challenge, this executive programme is curated to understand the nature of stress, early signs, the triggers, the available resources and creating an ecosystem that helps an employee manage it effectively.
