The module 'The hospital sector from a macro perspective' includes sector trends, the financial picture and strategic focus.
The module 'Evaluating and improving value creation' investigates how you create value for patients in your own department – and how you can improve.
The module 'Future-proofing your hospital' explores strategies for ensuring the long-term viability of your hospital by addressing contemporary challenges in the healthcare landscape.
You can take the complete programme, or you can opt for one or two specific modules. If you participate in one of the Management for the Hospital Professional modules, you will receive a 25% discount for each module you follow within three years.
