Evaluate the cost of a complete care process using a case study
Discover value-based healthcare, a concept that brings quality and cost together
Dive deeper into performance management (results-oriented goals)
Session 2: Improving hospital processes
Study how you can achieve more effective results and provide better care by implementing process improvements
By means of a simulation, discover how certain processes can be made more efficient in your hospital or department
Session 3: Change within the hospital context
Evaluate which strategy is suitable for which challenge
Analyse the various steps of your change process
Learn how to get people with different profiles on board in your change process
Session 4: Communicating with impact
Examen what your personal challenges are
Convince and mobilize your most important stakeholders of your ideas and convictions with the support of coaching
Session 5: Conflict management
During this session, we will work on a number of cases in order to apply conflict strategies
This programme combines informative sessions with interactive coaching sessions, role-playing, real-life case studies, and simulations. This multifaceted approach provides you with a broad learning experience and knowledge that you can put into practice immediately.
