Coaching and mentoring are essential for honing leadership and business skills. Successful Indian organizations such as the Aditya Birla group, Wipro, Godrej, and many others are using coaches on a regular basis to advance behavioral as well as business skills of their leaders.

Recognizing the need for learning as well as coaching and mentoring for leaders of enterprises, the LEAP Entrepreneurs’ Mentoring Board (LEAP-EMB) offers an exceptional platform for leaders of small, medium, as well as large enterprises to connect and learn from experts, and also one another.

The programme revolves around three fundamental pillars:

Masterclass: Power-packed, weekly, experiential workshops by IIMA faculty as well as Mentor and Visiting faculty on life as well as business skills.

Group Mentorship: Networking and mentorship provided by expert faculty and fellow board members to address personal as well as business challenges.

Executive Board: An active professional board that works with leaders to review past performance as well as plan for future growth, while also addressing any challenges being faced by them.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The application for the programme will happen in two parts:

STEP 1: Interest form and online interaction: To register for the programme, fill in the interest form through the link given on the programme page (APPLY ONLINE button)

All applications will be reviewed by the programme faculty and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interaction over Zoom.

STEP 2: Payment and Registration: Once the candidature is accepted for the programme, the participant will be sent a payment-cum-registration link for making the fee payment and registration for the programme.

A formal acceptance letter will be sent to the selected candidates.

Applicants are requested to make their travel plans only after receiving the acceptance letter.
