About Programme

Designed to bridge the gap between leadership and organizational culture in strategic management, our Leading Strategy Execution Through Culture program provides executive business leaders with research-based tools to encourage a positive company culture and drive successful strategic outcomes.

In this powerful leadership and organizational culture course centered on visionary leadership, you’ll learn to successfully leverage organizational culture change to set and reach your most ambitious goals. This includes identifying critical gaps between your organization’s current and ideal culture and understanding how to overcome common barriers to change.
