About Programme

The future of work is no longer just on the horizon — it’s here. Managing your most valuable asset, your people, now requires a more thoughtful and flexible approach. Shifting employee expectations and constant change have made building and leading effective teams both more challenging and more essential for leaders in every function. Attracting, motivating, and retaining talent is no longer solely an HR responsibility, but a key focus for all leaders. Leading and Managing People: Strategies for a Changing Workforce will equip participants with the proven skills required for successful people management — but through the much-needed lens of the ever-shifting future of work. Participants will throw out their assumptions and trial-and-error approaches to leverage groundbreaking research from Wharton People Analytics on what really works to attract, retain, reward, and develop talent.
