It blends two high-impact programmes – Self-leadership and The People Manager – with individual, expert coaching. The result is a powerful 6.5-day learning experience that features high-quality, transformational content at every step. You’ll gain the skills and confidence to step into your management role.

Programme Content
Over 6.5 days, you’ll follow two leadership programmes – Self-leadership(two days) and The People Manager(four days). You’ll also benefit from a one-to-one coaching session – tailored to your personal goals.
You’ll discover ways to manage yourself effectively. You’ll become a better manager of others. And through expert coaching, you’ll identify and address your own strengths and weaknesses and create a plan to move forward.

Track III: Individual coaching and action plan
Coaching helps you get even more out of your learning – and out of yourself. Throughout the programme, you’ll get a two-hour session with an experienced Vlerick coach. Together you’ll work on setting goals and identifying opportunities to bring your leadership management skills and leadership training into your own organisation.
