Leadership Intelligence in the Era of AI

Leadership Skills

About Programme

Executives currently spend approximately 40% of their time making decisions, yet they often feel much of that effort is wasted. Organizations today are flooded with data, resulting in slow decisions, no decisions, data fatigue, or extended debate and delayed action, where human judgment is often eroded by information overload.

The Leadership Intelligence in the Era of AI program is designed to convert the promise of analytics and artificial intelligence into advanced decision-making and executive performance. It equips leaders with Quantitative Intuition™ (QI), a strategic framework to sharpen judgment and move beyond the data to lead effectively in an AI-driven world, enabling participants to:

Interrogate information and challenge assumptions
Make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information
Lead teams to leverage analytic output without drowning in analysis paralysis
Create cultures where human insight amplifies machine intelligence, not the other way around

Programme Content

Pillar 1

Precision Questioning and AI Prompting

Pillar 1

Agile decision-making is grounded in how you think, not how hard you work. We often jump into solution mode, confusing activity with impact. In a world in which AI can provide rapid, yet often superficial, answers we often rush toward a solution. We neglect to frame the problem. In this Quantitative Intuition™ pillar, learn the powerful “I wish I knew” technique to identify the core fundamental issue, as well as the power of working backward from a decision.

Pillar 1

Participants will:

Pillar 1
Understand biases
Pillar 1
Discover the power of questions
Pillar 1
Learn how to ask data-driven questions
Pillar 1
Iterate with AI to master your questioning skills
Pillar 1
Work backward from a decision
Pillar 2

Contextual Analysis

Pillar 2

With so much information available, leaders often falsely expect the data to provide both the question and the answer. This day focuses on how to strike a balance between data intelligence and human judgment using the Fermi method, applying the context triangle and agile techniques to pressure test decisions in real-time. Learn how to interrogate data and AI outputs not from a statistical point of view but from business acumen and contextualization.

Pillar 2

Participants will:

Pillar 2
Learn how to become a fierce interrogator of data
Pillar 2
Use AI to put data in context
Pillar 2
Master how to develop intuition for numbers
Pillar 2
Identify key triggers to optimize the decision moment balancing time, risk, and trust
Pillar 3

Synthesis and Immersion in Quantitative Intuition™

Pillar 3

Learn how to synthesize information by combining data and judgment to arrive at a sound decision. Experience an intense half-day decision-making simulation where you will take on personal and team challenges in a data rich environment with tight constraints.

Pillar 3

Participants will:

Pillar 3
Move from discussing the ‘what’ to richer dialogue of the ‘so what’ and ‘now what’
Pillar 3
Develop strategies for effective decision-making with imperfect data
Pillar 3
Learn how to cultivate communication, trust, and collaboration among teams, across functions and business units
Pillar 3
Develop techniques to implement a debriefing culture for continuous performance improvement
Pillar 4

Delivery and Exploring your Own QI Mindset

Pillar 4

Asking the right questions and analyzing data matter only if they lead to action. This Quantitative Intuition™ pillar focuses on synthesizing information and judgment to drive clear decisions and effective delivery. Participants learn how to lead meetings and communicate insights in ways that compel action – not just inform – and conclude the program by exploring their own QI mindset.

Pillar 4

Participants will:

Pillar 4
Create a richer data-driven dialogue
Pillar 4
Understand the difference between summary and synthesis
Pillar 4
Utilize effective data visualization using AI
Pillar 4
Learn the art of 3D storytelling
Pillar 4
Explore and discuss their own QI mindset

Quantitative Intuition is truly one of the best classes I have ever taken. Professor Netzer, Frank and Magnone opened my eyes to a new way of thinking; the insights I gained from this class have had an immediate impact on the way I strategize and lead in my organization.

Superb context to a balanced and pragmatic approach to using data in your decision-making process by combining it with practical intuition.

This program went right to the heart of the day-to-day challenges I face with decision and data and provided practical and useful insights for addressing them.

This program helped me put common sense to practical use. Excellent teachers who were very enlightening. Definitely lots to take back to my organization!

An absolute must for anyone in this data-driven world, especially if you must present to executives or clients.
