About Programme

Leadership Skills for a Changing Environment

Disruption continues to shape how organizations operate and how leadership is practiced. As expectations evolve, the skills required of supervisors and frontline leaders are becoming broader and more foundational. In 2022, 57% of the top-rated skills were foundational leadership skills. By 2025, that figure had increased to 86%*. This shift underscores the growing importance of effective people leadership at the frontline. This program supports supervisors and emerging leaders in developing the core skills needed to guide teams, support performance, and lead with greater confidence and clarity in today’s workplace context.

Take this program alongside our Leadership 2: Advanced Leadership for Senior Managers and Directors program to earn a Masters Certificate in Leadership .

Leadership Skills for an Evolving Workplace
