La Empresa Familiar 4.0 offers participants the opportunity to reflect on and redefine their companies’ business models by analyzing their management systems, leadership styles and the perspective through which family relationships and the business are connected.
Family businesses are much more than just business organizations; they’re projects built over generations, grounded in shared values and an entrepreneurial vision that seeks to endure over time. However, in an environment marked by technological transformation, globalization and new leadership models, ensuring the continuity of family businesses requires evolving management models, strengthening family governance and preparing the business for future generations.
La Empresa Familiar 4.0 program offers families in business a space for strategic reflection where they can work together to analyze the challenges facing both the business and the family ecosystem. Through a practical methodology and exchanges with other business families, participants address key issues such as generational leadership, family cohesion and sustainable business growth.
During the program, each family will develop its own Family Action Plan, a roadmap for addressing the main strategic challenges facing their business. In addition, after completing the program, participants will hold a follow-up meeting with the academic director to review the plan’s implementation and analyze progress in its execution.
