Why attend Innovation In the Age of AI Innovation, as a source of competitive advantage, has never been more critical or complex. Meanwhile, rapid advances in artificial intelligence (AI) are reshaping how organizations generate ideas, make decisions, design work, and create value. Yet technology alone does not produce innovation, and that is true in the age of AI. Leaders must also build the organizational systems, cultures, and capabilities that turn promising ideas into meaningful impact. Innovation in the Age of AI is an immersive four-day program designed to help leaders approach innovation strategically in a period of accelerating change. Drawing on MIT research and practice across innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational design, and artificial intelligence, the course examines how organizations can innovate repeatedly, effectively, and at scale. Participants will explore both “Big I” Innovation—the transformative initiatives and emerging technologies that can create significant new value—and “little i” innovation—the everyday practices, experiments, and improvements that make an organization more adaptive. Through faculty-led sessions, collaborative exercises, practical assessments, and engagement with the Kendall Square innovation ecosystem, participants will develop a more integrated approach to leading innovation in the age of AI.
