About Programme
About the Program
As per research about working women in India:
India ranked 120th among 130 countries in terms of participation of women in workforce.
The share of women in service sector is less than 20%.
A McKinsey Global study in 2015 found that India could increase its GDP from 16-60% by 2025 if women are enabled to participate in the economy at par with men.
This in‑campus Leadership Acceleration Program is designed for emerging and mid‑career women leaders who seek to strengthen their leadership capabilities, expand strategic influence, and build supportive professional networks. Over 18 hours of immersive learning, participants engage in interactive sessions focused on self‑leadership, leading others, navigating organizational systems, and designing a sustainable leadership journey. The program combines conceptual frameworks with experiential learning to enable participants to translate insights into real leadership impact. Discussions during the sessions include broad range of themes that equip women with the necessary knowledge, attitudes and skills that will enhance their ability to plan and prepare for career progression. The training will expose them to a variety of executive dimensions that are required at leadership positions.

Relevance of the Program for Professionals
The Tech industry in India, while being one of the more progressive sectors, still grapples with significant gender disparity, particularly at leadership levels, where women remain critically underrepresented. Against the backdrop of India ranking 120th out of 130 countries in women's workforce participation, this Management Development Program holds special relevance for women professionals in IT services. The sector's fast-paced, high-pressure environment demands a unique blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership presence – the capabilities this program is specifically designed to nurture. By building self-awareness, honing executive competencies, and equipping participants with the attitudes and skills needed to navigate organizational hierarchies, the program directly addresses the barriers that often stall women's career progression in the industry. For an industry that thrives on talent and innovation, enabling women to confidently step into leadership roles is not just a matter of equity, it is a powerful business imperative, one that aligns with findings that greater women's participation can unlock enormous economic potential for India as a whole.
