The 10-month Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Programme by IIM Lucknow is a comprehensive strategy and leadership course designed for senior executives aiming to step into or scale up as a CSO, Head of Strategy, or enterprise leader.

Upon successful completion of the programme, with a minimum 75% attendance and satisfactory academic performance, participants will be awarded a 'Certificate of Completion', and will be eligible to receive IIM Lucknow’s Executive Alumni Status (optional).

Alumni Status

Upon completion of the programme, participants will need to register with a one-time registration fee of ₹10,000 + GST to receive the prestigious IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni Status (optional).

Programme Audience

Candidates must hold a graduate, diploma, or postgraduate qualification (10+2+3) in any discipline, with a minimum of 50% marks in graduation, diploma, or postgraduation.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of full-time work experience as on the programme start date and must be currently employed.

Please note that professionals from consulting, academic, and training roles are not eligible for the IIM Lucknow CSO Programme.
