Complete a NEO personality profile to know yourself better and discover how those who work with you view your leadership style through a 360-degree assessment. Before joining the programme you will also reflect on what you want to achieve during your five days to identify your business challenges and any development areas

Insight into others: Unlock your ability to create highly effective relationships and fine-tune your approach to the unique biases and motives of your colleagues. Through research-based insights into the drivers of human behaviour gain an awareness of others that enhances your emotional intelligence. Plus perform deep analysis of those who are vital to your success and master the skills to empower and inspire them to perform at their full potential.

Interpersonal problem-solving: Gain strategies and tools to influence and motivate people and test these techniques in a safe environment. Practise new patterns of behaviour through intimate group coaching practical role play situations and one-to-one sessions. Gain the tools to address specific challenges drive new behaviours and achieve success through others.

How you Learn:

Each day is structured around gaining insights practising skills and reflecting on how to apply your learnings in your role.

Benefit from workshops led by expert coaches in four key areas: having impact coaching emotional intelligence and dealing with conflict.

Work closely with a dedicated executive before during and after the programme to develop and execute a bespoke action plan. Through these insightful sessions you’ll cement your goals reinforce your learning and maximise your impact in your organisation.

Enlist a workplace observer – someone with visibility of your day-to-day in your organisation – to help highlight your strengths and weaknesses formalise your objectives and implement your action plan.

Set your own agenda as part of an intimate coaching group where you’ll learn how to master challenges through the diverse perspectives of classmates from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
