A Unique Blend of HR Leadership and HR Expertise

The Learning Expertise track is delivered through a 3-month blended learning journey, combining digital learning experiences, virtual classrooms and in-person immersive modules. Participants engage with innovative learning design and modern pedagogy, ensuring a balance between strategic insight, practical application and real-world impact. Participants typically bring a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in HR roles. The average age is 43, with a range spanning from 35 to 60+.
