Programme Content
The Global Advanced Management Program is structured across three distinct periods and delivered in a Blended format that combines the best of online and in-person learning. This internationally recognized approach ensures high-level flexibility, allowing you to integrate your studies seamlessly with your professional responsibilities. You’ll be able to learn as you work and apply insights immediately to your own context.
The first two periods consist of weekly online classes held every Thursday and are designed to fit alongside your professional obligations without compromising on academic rigor or educational excellence. During these periods, you’ll have unparalleled access to a world-class faculty comprising executives from leading international companies and organizations.
Contrastingly, the third period comprises two immersive week-long residential sessions, bringing together program participants from diverse global backgrounds. These in-person sessions serve as an invaluable platform for fostering connections, collaborative endeavors, and the exchange of insights among high-caliber executives who share aligned ambitions.
The Global Advanced Management Program isn’t your typical management program. It seeks to train participants to have a holistic view of the future of the business world. Our goal is to help you develop the skills you need to build innovative visions, become a cutting-edge business leader and drive transformational change.
Your hands-on journey through the world of business consists of various subjects which are split into three modules—each focused on a key aspect of business and leadership. Orchestrated by an expert faculty, the program also features eye-opening trips to world-leading businesses, a challenging Gamechanger Project and a personal coaching session to solidify the next steps.
MODULE 1: EXPLORE THE FUTURE
Embrace change and understand today’s megatrends and their impact on the business world. Identify the best opportunities for growth and reimagine how your business can embrace them profitably.
MODULE 2: TRANSFORM YOUR BUSINESS
Become a disrupter by creating novel solutions and developing insights, ideas, innovative strategies and business models that can be transformed quickly and efficiently. Transform, mobilize and energize your organization with a strategy to deliver the best performance today and create an even better future.
MODULE 3: TRANSFORM YOUR LEADERSHIP
The first steps toward becoming a leader include leading through personal example, learning from your own experiences, conveying credibility and value, and building an appropriate executive image.
GAMECHANGER PROJECT
Over the course of the Global Advanced Management Program, you will work on a fundamental challenge confronting your organization. Take what you’ve learned from every module and apply it directly to your business in real time. In the process, you will develop an invaluable blueprint for the future through five specific outcomes—presented as maps—to assist your leadership transformation both personally and professionally.
These maps include:
BUSINESS SIMULATION
The Business Simulation is a highly effective, experiential way to develop your strategic leadership abilities. Taking on the role of CEO, CFO, CSO, Investment Manager or Investor Relations within a team of fellow senior executives, you will be immersed in a simulated multi-year business transformation.
This experience positions you to tackle myriad challenges related to high-level strategic management. You’ll navigate boardroom dynamics, decision-making under time pressure, tough union negotiations, making investment decisions with imperfect information, funding the transformation journey, shareholder engagement, value creation strategies, innovation strategy, M&A opportunities, business model portfolios, capital markets, corporate culture, and developing next-generation talent pipelines in a real-world setting. Fast-paced and effective, academic content is delivered through short briefings, pre-reads and instant feedback.
Business Simulation is competitive as well as collaborative. The first team to reach a 50 billion market capitalization wins. You could develop strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, or simply out-compete your market rivals. But win or not, you’ll learn a great deal about business—and yourself.
