Programme Content
Curriculum
Over the two weeks, your learning combines lectures, workshops and guest sessions, with dedicated time for project development.
In week one, you will build strong foundations in strategy, leadership, AI and the forces reshaping business.
In week two, you will apply what you have learned to shape a strong proposal, refine your communication and build the confidence to pitch your ideas clearly.
The programme culminates in a conference-style showcase and graduation.
Week one - learning
Strategy in a world of uncertainty - How leaders make choices when there are competing priorities, imperfect information and real trade-offs. You will practise framing problems, testing assumptions and making decisions you can justify.
Systems thinking - Develop a clearer understanding of complex global challenges and how they connect to business models, communities, policy and long-term value. You will explore how the UN SDGs are influencing decisions across sectors and what purposeful leadership looks like in practice.
Innovation that delivers - Learn how to turn insight into solutions: defining the problem, designing a response, iterating and communicating a clear value proposition.
Finance and value creation - Explore how money moves: what investors and organisations pay attention to, how risk and opportunity are assessed and why measurement shapes strategy.
AI and responsible innovation - Examine how AI changes decision-making and productivity, and what responsible use looks like when outcomes affect people and trust.
Week two - project
In week two, you’ll apply what you’ve learned. You will pitch your AI-driven strategy proposal to a panel of mentors for real-world feedback.
Working in a small group, you will develop a proposal that responds to a real-world challenge. You’ll focus on making your idea clear, realistic and persuasive.
