About Programme

Fundraising is an increasingly strategic capability for arts and cultural institutions. Building sustainable philanthropic support requires aligning mission, institutional priorities, audiences, relationships and governance around a compelling case for support.

This program provides arts professionals with the strategic frameworks and practical tools needed to assess their organization’s fundraising readiness, strengthen donor relationships and develop a more coherent and sustainable approach to fundraising.

This program will enable you to:

Assess your institution's fundraising readiness, current practices and development needs.
Develop a coherent fundraising strategy aligned with mission, institutional priorities and relationships.
Build a strong culture of philanthropy across the organization.
Define a compelling case for support and strengthen fundraising governance.
Select and combine the most appropriate fundraising tools, from membership and major gifts to sponsorships, grants and campaigns.
Develop effective donor strategies and approaches to donor cultivation and portfolio planning.

Explore emerging fundraising opportunities, including digital fundraising, AI for prospect intelligence, transnational giving and planned giving.

The program consists of 2,5 days totaling 20 equivalent hours and is built on 3 pillars:
