About Programme

Making strategic decisions for business require multi-functional decision-making ability. Commercial and Financial skills are needed to formulate, implement and evaluate strategic decisions. Depending on the levels of management, the requirement for commercial and financial skills may vary, but rudimentary knowledge is essential for all decision-makers.

Managers and Executives around the world are increasingly expected to be multi-functional. Line functions decisions are no longer limited to a single responsibility centre. Competition drives firms to become leaner and take integrated decisions that take care of not just functional requirements but also address business decisions financial and commercial ramifications.
