The pedagogy will be highly interactive. It will leverage the use of technology. It will consist of a judicious blend of lectures, real-life case studies, computer simulations, case presentations, quizzes and assignments.

1. Working executives with a graduation degree (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline with minimum 50% or above marks. The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience at Junior, middle or senior level in operations function or can be an entrepreneur. The idea is to have clarity on the Ex-Ante desired level of the participants.

2. The eligible candidates will be selected based on educational and professional background and motivation based on the application form submitted.
