Overview:
The program blends academic expertise and practitioners’ experiences to equip participants with the necessary managerial skills that would be helpful for them in healthcare settings. The pedagogy introduces participants to contemporary conversations across different sectors and in different regions (national and global), while creating spaces for participants to draw on their experiences as healthcare professionals. Sessions will be delivered by IIMC faculty and select experienced industry experts.
The program is designed around three core axes.
Module 1: Strategic Excellence in Healthcare Systems
Module focus: Macro perspectives on healthcare policy, leadership, communicational excellence and organizational-level thinking. This module builds a strategic and interdisciplinary orientation by enabling participants to understand healthcare as an integrated system shaped by policy, institutions, and evolving technologies.

Module 2: Operational Excellence in Healthcare Delivery
Module Focus: Tactical, financial, and operational aspects of healthcare management. This module translates strategy into execution capability, focusing on operational efficiency, financial management, stakeholder-centric and technology-enabled delivery.

Module Focus: Application, reflection, and real-world problem solving. This reflective module intends to enable participants to synthesize knowledge across domains and apply it to real challenges.
