Executive Program in Operations & Supply Chain Management (Batch 8)
Indian Institute of Management Kashipur (IIM Kashipur)
About Programme
Operations and Supply chain activities have been performed since the start of commercial activity. It is difficult to visualize any product that could reach a customer without a proper supply chain in place. This becomes even more important given that product life cycles are shrinking, and competition is intense. Operations and supply chain management today represents a great challenge as well as a tremendous opportunity for most firms.
The Executive Programme in Operations & Supply Chain Management for executives is designed to impart skills that are necessary in today’s dynamic world of supply chain. The programme uses different pedagogical tools such as case studies, simulation, and exercises to best deliver the course content.
The programme aims to impart analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to develop solutions for a variety of supply chain management and design problems and develop an understanding for use of information technology in operations & supply chain optimization. The programme highlights how supply chain can make significant contribution to business results and how to cope up with uncertainties in supply chains.
