Strategic Performance Management for the New Age is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to implement effective performance management practices in modern day organizations. Pedagogy
Classes will be conducted through LIVE lectures that will be beamed online via internet to student desktops/laptops or classrooms using Direct To Device platform. The pedagogy will comprise of lectures and case discussions imparted by XLRIs HR faculty. Select industry experts will also be invited to provide practical insights. The concepts of performance management will be explained using examples drawn from real life. Participants will also get an opportunity to work on live projects.
