The program is designed to be industry-agnostic and covers the common aspects of project management across various industries. This program is designed to be suitable for:

Senior professionals like Project Managers, PMO Managers, Planners, Directors, Engineers, Operation Heads, CXOs, etc. who may be associated with one or more facets of project or program management.

Managers and Leaders who are responsible for managing large, complex, multi-locational and/or business-critical projects

Working executives in charge of managing, executing, and delivering projects in IT or Non-IT domains

Project team members who have proven experience in project execution and now aspiring to move into project management roles

The primary method of instruction will be through LIVE lectures that will be beamed online via Internet to student desktops/laptops or classrooms.

Live, in-person lectures shall be delivered during the campus component.

The pedagogy will comprise lectures by XLRI faculty, sessions by industry collaborators, hands on exposure to project simulations and tools and workshop

sessions

. Concepts will be explained using examples drawn from the real life and will cover current trends and market practices.

Access to learning aids, reference materials, assessments, case studies, projects, and assignments, as appropriate, shall be shared through the online learning portal. Throughout the duration of the program, students will have the flexibility to reach out to the professors in real-time during the class or offline via email to raise questions and clear doubts.

There are periodic evaluations built in throughout the duration of the program. These may be in the form of a quiz, assignment, project, case studies, or other objective/subjective assessments

A separate project shall be provided for the purpose of evaluating eligibility in meeting the qualifying criteria

The institute shall set the papers for examinations and evaluations shall be done by the institute at its own cost. The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the material

Each module will have an evaluation component designed by the respective faculty. The mode of evaluation may contain case analysis, quizzes, class participation, individual or group projects
