Executive decisions in hospital management: a simulation experience

This program offers healthcare leaders a realistic team-based exercise to tackle executive challenges and strategic decision-making.

Developed in partnership with Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, this course strengthens managerial skills through simulations covering mission/vision, service mix, capacity, quality, patient/payer mix, marketing, staffing, finances, telehealth, and community initiatives. To gain practical skills and learn to use data for strategic decisions, manage healthcare crises with strategic decision-making in real-case scenarios, interacting with top educators from the US and Europe.

The program consists of 3 days, totaling 21 equivalent hours, and is built on 2 pillars.

The Hospital Management Simulation is designed for a broad range of professionals involved in the healthcare ecosystem.
