About Programme

The Emerging Leader Development Program offers participants a diverse range of learning opportunities to build self-awareness and maximize their leadership potential. A 360-degree feedback tool, combined with one-on-one consultation on the results*, helps participants take an in-depth look at their leadership strengths and weaknesses.

This leadership development program for high-potential leaders covers several key business skills, always with a focus on how to apply them, both personally and within an organizational context. Effective leadership, strategy formulation, better decision-making and negotiating skills, and successful change management form the core of the program's curriculum.

Programme Content

During this leadership development program, emerging leaders acquire the skills needed for managerial success, such as strategy formulation, negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, implementing change, and managing culture.

With the help of 360-degree feedback, participants return to their organizations with the ability to communicate effectively and maximize both individual and team performance. Hear more about the tool from Columbia Business School Professor Joel Brockner

The curriculum for the first few sessions includes the latest research and practical applications related to diagnosing and solving the root cause of organizational problems. Readings cover such topics as organizational behavior, motivation and improving self-management abilities. Participants receive one-on-one consultations regarding their 360-degree feedback results.*
By mid-program, participants focus on formulating and implementing effective strategy. Discussions cover such questions as: Is your company's strategy working well? Are you clear on what you need to do to support the strategy? Participants also continue their one-on-one feedback sessions.
The end of the program concerns negotiations and includes case study readings, discussions, and role plays. The program concludes with intensive discussions on leadership, constructive conflict, and implementing change.

*To participate in the one-on-one coaching session, participants need to complete the 360 survey prior to the start of the program.
