About Programme

In today's complex global business environment, leaders face a constant stream of disruption, from AI adoption, digital transformation, shifting business models and ongoing market change. Success requires more than managing individual initiatives – it demands the ability to build organizational capacity for continuous adaption, alignment and execution.

In this highly interactive program, you'll apply proven frameworks and practical tools to a real change initiative happening within your organization. Through a series of case studies, simulations, faculty-led discussions and peer learning, you’ll develop strategies to overcome resistance, engage stakeholders, leverage organizational culture and drive lasting adoption. A defining feature of the program is the opportunity to apply your learning directly to a real change initiative from your organization. Through a combination of pre-program preparation, in-class exercises, peer feedback and faculty guidance, you'll develop an actionable roadmap tailored to your organization’s priorities and challenges.

We encourage organizations to send teams to this program. Together, colleagues can strengthen alignment, build shared ownership of change initiatives and return ready to lead transformation across the organization.
