About Programme

Learn to recognize when change is needed, make informed leadership decisions and get people involved.

Digital Change: From Strategy to Behavior combines strategic analysis, behavioral science and practical communication. You will learn to uncover pressures that may not yet be obvious, evaluate the decisions that guide digital transformation and address the resistance that can slow progress.

Through business cases and exercises, you will practice building a compelling case for change, designing behavioral interventions and writing a transformation memo that gives people clear reasons to act and practical next steps.

Programme Content

You will learn the principles of digital marketing. Discover the pillars of a successful marketing strategy, the role of content marketing (SEO, email marketing, social media), and how to measure the impact your marketing investment.

This program introduces a new methodology that combines the best of both worlds, 40% self-paced online learning and 60% live, interactive sessions. This means that you’ll enjoy the flexibility to learn anytime while engaging directly with faculty and peers in real-time discussions and hands-on exercises that bring concepts to life. This balanced approach ensures that participants not only gain deep theoretical understanding but also develop the confidence to apply Digital Marketing strategies directly within their organizations.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Assess an organization’s strategic position and how digital shifts may threaten or reinforce it.
Identify the causes of inertia and recognize the need for change, even when urgency is not obvious.
Use framing techniques and behavioral insights to build a compelling case for digital change.
