About Programme

At Design Thinking Bootcamp from Stanford’s d.school, you’ll not only learn, but master, the skills and capabilities that drive innovation and problem-solving in the business world. Turn ideas into impact in this immersive, hands-on program that equips you to work through complex challenges with creativity, speed, and confidence. Make the case to your manager to attend the program

Grounded in Stanford’s pioneering design thinking methodology, you’ll learn by doing through active experimentation, collaboration, and application of ideas to real challenges. Past participants have applied their learning to launch new products, redesign products and services, and create breakthrough offerings in both physical and digital spaces.

Programme Content

Make a measurable impact on a current business challenge. Learn tools and behaviors in real time that you will apply to your work before leaving the d.school.

The d.school is using cutting-edge Stanford-developed teaching methods of collaboration, experience content, and work actively in a hands-on design studio through the in-person session.

In addition to being led through the program by Heads of Learning Collaborations and Learning Experience Design from Stanford’s d.school, you will collaborate closely with a professional coach and a small team throughout the program. Our coaching team includes exceptional past participants who have successfully applied design thinking to launch new products, services, and initiatives across industries such as education, transportation, consumer goods, software, and government. Working side-by-side with a coach who is both an experienced practitioner and a past participant is a defining element of the program experience and ensures you gain practical, tangible results. After the program, you will continue meeting virtually with your coach to apply the tools and sustain your momentum in real-world projects.

Throughout the first three days of Design Thinking Bootcamp, you will explore the core stages of design thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. You will also learn tools to generate and evaluate high-quality design work through a mix of faculty-led sessions and hands-on team projects that connect theory with practice. On the final day, you will apply these methods to your own business challenge. In the week following the program, your coach will continue to guide you as you apply these tools and create meaningful impact in your organization.

The d.school is a cutting edge space where you will experience classroom content and also work actively in a hands-on design studio.

Small teams are composed of professionals with unique perspectives and backgrounds.
